I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the speedy implementation of the Galway Transport Strategy 2016.

Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill - to discuss the funding for domestic violence services in budget 2023.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss when consultation on private wire direct-line renewables will be released.

Deputy James O'Connor - to discuss the activities of the Office of the Planning Regulator within various county and city development plans.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss Baltimore Swimming Pool.

Deputy Niamh Smyth - to discuss the need to address waiting times for driving tests in Cavan and Monaghan.

Deputies Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Eoin Ó Broin, Rose Conway-Walsh - to discuss tasking the Housing Agency and Donegal County Council to assist defective block owners in the west of Ireland.

Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss discontinuation of a bus service to St. Michael’s House, Dublin 12.

Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss concerns regarding the ten-year rule for public service vehicles.

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the budget allocated for the provision of a domestic violence refuge accommodation centre in Laois.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss flooding issues in Thurles and the inadequate wastewater treatment and flood relief infrastructure in the town.

Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss a review of the eligibility criteria for fuel allowance from 1 January 2023.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the additional needs payment.

Deputy Paul McAuliffe - to discuss the governance structure of the school completion programme.

Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss the number of developments exempt from Part V social housing obligations due to their size.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss deterring or delaying the move from daylight saving time to winter time this year to support energy saving.

The matters raised by Deputies Pádraig O'Sullivan, Joan Collins, Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Eoin Ó Broin, Rose Conway-Walsh and David Stanton have been selected for discussion.
