I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy James Lawless - to discuss the student levy that Maynooth University imposed for several years for a building that will not now be built.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings.

Deputy Marc Ó Cathasaigh - to discuss fatal medical emergencies on the Waterford-Dublin train and Irish Rail’s capacity to deal with same.

The matter raised by Deputy James Lawless has been selected for discussion.
