I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Darren O'Rourke - the need for urgent support for school bus transport operators as a result of very high fuel costs; (2) Deputy Michael Moynihan - the status of the neurorehabilitation strategy; (3) Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - the steps the Minister for Health has taken to progress the issue of orphan drugs-rare diseases with specific reference to the need for a new rare disease plan, the publication of the Mazars report and the steps taken to enhance the HTA assessment process; and (4) Deputy Dessie Ellis - how management companies formulate rules for private estates that impact on private residences.

The matters raised by the Deputies have been selected for discussion.
