I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss the Seanad vote calling on Government support for a TRIPS waiver on Covid-19 vaccine technology; (2) Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss the increase in homeless numbers and Government plans to respond to the increase in people living in emergency accommodation; (3) Deputy Michael Moynihan - to discuss the future funding of the Irish Community Air Ambulance based in Rathcoole, County Cork; (4) Deputy John Lahart - to discuss recognition of the essential role of SNAs by the Department of Education; (5) Deputy Louise O'Reilly - to discuss the need to renovate and utilise derelict houses owned by the HSE in Portrane, County Dublin; (6) Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the need to resume day care services at Abbeyleix hospital; (7) Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss the lack of allocated funding to progress the N11-M11 junction 4 to junction 14 main improvement scheme in 2022; (8) Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the provision of necessary funding by the National Roads Authority, NRA, to commence the third Sligo town bus route; (9) Deputies Michael Fitzmaurice, Claire Kerrane, Mick Barry and Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss alternative arrangements for 2022 State examinations; (10) Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss court buildings and services in Tralee; (11) Deputy David Cullinane - to discuss the status of the Search and Rescue contract tender and the number of planned helicopter bases; (12) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss the State purchase of the 1916 service medal of Dr. Kathleen Lynn; (13) Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú - to discuss the recent Construction Industry Federation, CIF, survey on the increased cost of raw materials; (14) Deputy Paul Donnelly - to discuss the current issues re equipment and staff and industrial action facing the Dublin Fire Brigade Service; (15) Deputy Patrick Costello - to discuss the treatment of suspects, prisoners, or both in Garda custody with reference to the "Heavy Gang" in the 1970s and 1980s; (16) Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss efforts to address the lack of special education places in Cork City and County; (17) Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to upgrade the N25 national road between Midleton and Carrigtwohill, County Cork; (18) Deputy Thomas Pringle - to discuss the HIQA report into Ard Gréine Court, Stranorlar in the context of the Brandon report; (19) Deputy Neale Richmond - to discuss the need for body cameras for An Garda Síochána; (20) Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill - to discuss the need to develop primary and senior cycle relationship and sexual education programmes; (21) Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the reconfiguration of children’s disability services in Cork, the staffing of new units and the lengthy waiting times for treatment; (22) Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the postponed route selection process for the Cahir to Waterford M24; (23) Deputies Pádraig Mac Lochlainn and Matt Carthy - to discuss demanding the full truth from the British Government on its role in the conflict on this island; (24) Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss allowing more than one application under the Better Energy Warmer Homes scheme as part of the national retrofit scheme; (25) Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - to discuss the receipt of medical cards by cancer patients; (26) Deputy Steven Matthews - to discuss school bus services in rural Wicklow and the lack of flexibility regarding automatic access to services; and (27) Deputy Paul Kehoe - to discuss a compensation scheme to assist farmers for damage inflicted by December flooding in Wexford.

The matters raised by Deputies Gino Kenny, O’Donnell, Pádraig O'Sullivan and Fitzmaurice, Kerrane, Barry and Ó Laoghaire have been selected for discussion.
