I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Mattie McGrath, Peadar Tóibín, Seán Canney, Carol Nolan, Peter Fitzpatrick, Noel Grealish and Michael Collins - to discuss concerns around provision of late-term abortions as outlined in the recently published qualitative study from UCC (details supplied); (2) Deputies Jim O'Callaghan and Matt Carthy - the failure of the British Government to establish a public inquiry into the murder of Belfast solicitor Pat Finucane; (3) Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the issue of food poverty among school-aged children; (4) Deputy Fergus O'Dowd - to discuss the provision of a waiver or credit note to members of the nursing profession in regard to their registration fees with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland; (5) Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - the need to discuss changes made by the archdiocese of Dublin to the sibling-first school admissions policy and the impact this will have on families in Wicklow; (6) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss concerns that insurance companies are refusing to cover mortgage protection for those with underlying conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic; (7) Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss contact or dialogue between the Department of Health and the HSE relating to official union recognition for the National Ambulance Service Representative Association on behalf of the Psychiatric Nurses Association; (8) Deputy Cian O'Callaghan - to discuss ensuring maximum access to Belmayne Educate Together school and the provision of a permanent school building; (9) Deputy Alan Farrell - to discuss the decision to limit wedding ceremonies to 25 participants, despite other religious ceremonies being allowed 50 participants; (10) Deputy Mark Ward - the need to address the increase in reports of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence; (11) Deputy Louise O'Reilly - to discuss the difficulties facing workers in the Topman-Arcadia group; (12) Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss an increase in the number of homeless families and single adults, the number of deaths among those sleeping rough, and the cold weather forecast for the next week; (13) Deputy Emer Higgins - the need for children who dance to be treated equally to children who play sport; (14) Deputy Darren O'Rourke - to discuss a review of An Bord Pleanála structures and performance; (15) Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the pay restoration of section 39 workers; (16) Deputy Pearse Doherty - to discuss waiting times of operations for children suffering from spina bifida; and (17) Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - to discuss the scarcity of second level places in north Dublin owing to schools reducing their intake to enable social distancing.

The matters raised by Deputies Emer Higgins; Fergus O'Dowd; Jennifer Murnane O'Connor; and Mattie McGrath, Peadar Tóibín, Seán Canney, Carol Nolan, Peter Fitzpatrick, Noel Grealish and Michael Collins have been selected for discussion.
