It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Resolution of the Dáil yesterday, that (1) the Dáil on its rising today shall adjourn until 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 July 2020 when it shall consider Second Stage of the Residential Tenancies and Valuation Bill 2020 which shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 2 p.m. and if a division is claimed on a Second Reading motion it shall be taken following the Order of Business; and (2) the Dáil shall sit in the Convention Centre, Dublin North Wall Quay.
