In relation to today’s business, it is proposed that: notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the only business to be taken shall be the business as set out in the second revised report of the Business Committee dated 29 June 2020, with no Questions on Promised Legislation; No. 4, motion re presentation and circulation of Revised Estimates 2020 shall be taken without debate and any division demanded shall be taken immediately; and, in relation to No. 5, the proceedings on the Revised Estimates for Public Services 2020 - Votes 32 and 38 - each Revised Estimate shall be brought to a conclusion within four hours. The proceedings on each Estimate shall consist of two rounds, as follows: the first round shall consist of an opening speech by the Minister not exceeding 20 minutes, followed by speeches and questions and answers by Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin and Fine Gael of 15 minutes each, with all other parties and groups having ten minutes each. The second round shall consist of speeches and questions and answers by Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin and Fine Gael of 15 minutes each, with all other parties and groups having eight minutes each. Any division demanded shall be taken on the conclusion of proceedings on Vote 38 - Health, and the Dáil shall adjourn on the conclusion on the Revised Estimates for Public Services until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, 7 July 2020.

It is proposed that the business and arrangements for the Special Committee on Covid-19 Response on Thursday shall be as outlined in the second revised report of the Business Committee dated 29 June 2020.
