Before we proceed to Questions on Promised Legislation, I call on the Government Chief Whip to propose an amendment to today's business.

Notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, it is proposed that there shall be no suspension of sitting today under Standing Order 25(1)(b), Second Stage of the Social Welfare (Payment Order) (Amendment) Bill 2018 shall commence immediately following the weekly divisions and continue for two hours, the Topical Issue debate shall be taken on the conclusion of the proceedings on Second Stage of the Social Welfare (Payment Order) (Amendment) Bill 2018, and the Dáil shall adjourn on the conclusion of the Topical Issue debate.
