I must now deal with a postponed division relating to amendment No. 2 to the motion regarding the inquiry into the death of Shane O'Farrell. On Tuesday, 12 November 2019, on the question that amendment No. 2 to the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.

To insert the following words after “scoping exercise.’ ”: “and calls on the Government to add the following to the terms of reference after the words ‘documentation gathered for the Statutory Inquest into the death of Mr. Shane O’Farrell’:
‘(g) The relationship, official and unofficial, of Mr. Gridziuska with An Garda Síochána handlers of informers.’.”
