I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Planning and Development Act 2000(Exempted Development) (No. 2) Regulations 2019, a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 27th May, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 30th May, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
