I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:Sectoral Employment Order (Electrical Contracting Sector) 2019,a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9th May, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 30th May, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.”
