On my behalf and on behalf of Dáil Éireann, I offer céad míle fáilte and a most sincere welcome to Sir Alan Duncan MP, British Minister of State for Europe and the Americas, which is perhaps not the most enviable task to have at the present time. He is very welcome and we hope he enjoys his visit.
