Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2018: Instruction to Committee

I move:

That, pursuant to Standing Order 154, it shall be an instruction to the Select Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government, in relation to the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2018, that the Committee has power to make amendments to the Bill which are outside the scope of the existing provisions of the Bill, in relation to amendments to the Planning and Development Act 2000 to regulate the short-term letting of houses in rent pressure zones, and to make other consequential amendments required to take account of these changes.
