It is proposed notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders that item No. 20a, motion re amendment of resolution appointing Mr. Justice Seán Ryan to the Disclosures Tribunal, shall be taken without debate immediately following item No. 20, motion re proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2018.
