I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 95(3)) (Variation of Title: Physical Therapist) Regulations 2018,copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 1st June, 2018, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 6th November, 2018, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
