I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order:Competition Act 2002 (Section 27) Order 2018,copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 3rd October, 2018, be referred to the Joint Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 18th October, 2018, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply"
