It is proposed, notwithstanding the Order of Business on Tuesday, 25 September 2018, that the Dáil shall take No. 24, motion re JHA protocol of the Treaty of Lisbon, internal security fund - back from committee - at 2.30 p.m. and it will be brought to a conclusion after 45 minutes. Any division demanded shall be taken immediately after the Order of Business on Tuesday, 2 October 2018. Speeches shall be confined to a single round for a Minister or Minister of State and the main spokespersons for parties or groups or a Member nominated in their stead, at five minutes each with a five-minute response from the Minister or Minister of State. All Members may share time and the order shall resume thereafter.
