Before proceeding with business, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the House to offer a céad mile fáilte - a most sincere welcome - to His Excellency, Dr. Ali Abdel Aal, speaker of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The speaker is accompanied by six Members of Parliament, including the chairs of the foreign affairs, human rights, tourism and aviation committees, as well as the chair of the Egypt-Ireland Parliamentary Friendship Group.
