I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Barry Cowen and Richard Boyd Barrett - the status of an application for international protection status by persons (details supplied); (2) Deputy Alan Kelly - the need to complete the Scally scoping inquiry into the cervical check service by the end of June 2018; (3) Deputies Martin Kenny and Tony McLoughlin - to discuss the closure of the fire station at Ballyshannon, County Donegal; (4) Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the inadequate ambulance services in east Cork; (5) Deputy John Curran - to discuss the problem of quad bikes and scrambler motorcycles in local communities; (6) Deputy Bobby Aylward - to discuss the industrial dispute at the department of psychiatry at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny; (7) Deputy Mary Butler - the need to increase capacity at St Declan's community college, Kilmacthomas, County Waterford; (8) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss the ongoing provision of breakfast clubs for DEIS schools in Ballymun; (9) Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin - to discuss the take-up relating to and advertising by the HSE of the cross-border healthcare directive; (10) Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss with the Minister the level of school capitation grants and the shortfall in funding; (11) Deputies Mick Barry and Joan Collins - the strike action being taken today by some 200 employees of the Lloyds Pharmacy chain across 30 stores over pay, working conditions, including zero hour contracts, and trade union recognition; (12) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the need to support and fund surgical intervention for patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome; (13) Deputy James Browne - the need for the Minister for Health to address the imminent crisis affecting the recruitment of child and adult mental health services, CAMHS, consultant psychiatrists in the south east; (14) Deputy Noel Rock - the use of compulsory purchase orders, CPOs, as part of the new core bus corridor project in Dublin City.

The matters raised by Deputies Richard Boyd Barrett and Barry Cowen, Alan Kelly, Timmy Dooley and Noel Rock have been selected for discussion.
