Before we commence questions to the Minister for Justice and Equality, I remind the House that we are supposed to convene at 10.30 a.m. In addition, Members should not wear emblems in the House; it is not acceptable. It is not my rule; it is the protocol.

That is my fault. I did not realise that.

It is 10.40 a.m. The House is due to sit at 10.30 a.m. and while I acknowledge I am speaking to the converted now, it is up to those responsible to take this into consideration to ensure business commences at 10.30 a.m. The Minister has one hour and 30 minutes normally but he will have less than one hour and 20 minutes now.
