I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin - to discuss the pathologist's report into a shooting in 1988 at a checkpoint in Aughnacloy, County Tyrone; (2) Deputy Thomas Pringle - to discuss the closure of men's sheds in County Donegal; (3) Deputy Eugene Murphy - to discuss the closure of respite centres at bank holiday weekends; (4) Deputy David Cullinane - the need to increase capitation grants for primary schools in Waterford; (5) Deputy Peter Burke - that Lough Ennel in County Westmeath be included in the wild brown trout fishery designation by the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and the Environment; (6) Deputy Tony McLoughlin - to ask the Minister Agriculture, Food and the Marine for an immediate update on the progress of a departmental investigation into fires in Killery, County Sligo; (7) Deputy Pat Deering - to discuss age-related restrictions applied to bus drivers in the context of the school transport scheme; (8) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss the serious threat to rental accommodation scheme tenants who could now be made homeless due to the amount of landlords exiting the scheme; (9) Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin - the withdrawal of operations by Coca-Cola in Athy, County Kildare, and the employment supports the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation can provide; (10) Deputy John Brassil - to discuss difficulties with financial aid for third-level student grants; (11) Deputy James Browne - the need for the Minister for Health to address the spike in the number of tragic deaths among young mothers in parts of community healthcare organisation 7; (12) Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the funding application for the Cork Events Centre; (13) Deputy Mattie McGrath - future funding for the Canon Hayes Recreation Centre, Tipperary; (14) Deputy Clare Daly - to discuss reopening Ireland's embassy in Iran; (15) Deputy Jackie Cahill - if the Minister for Finance will explain why the rules and regulations on State procurement contracts offer no protection to local subcontractors in the event of the main contractor being unable to complete the contract as agreed with the State; and (16) Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - to discuss the response to delays in the radiology department at University Hospital Kerry.

The matters raised by Deputies Ó Caoláin, Brassil, Deering and Healy-Rae have been selected for discussion.
