Before proceeding to Deputy McDonald, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann, I offer a céad míle fáilte and most sincere welcome to Mr. Geoff Howard, Member of the State Parliament of Victoria, and deputy chair of its rural and regional committee. He was accompanied when we met earlier by the ambassador of Australia to Ireland, H. E. Richard Andrews. I hope Mr. Howard's visit will be very useful and to our mutual benefit.
