As this is a Private Members' Bill it must, under Standing Orders 84A(3)(a) and 149(1), be referred to a select committee. The relevant committee for this Bill is the Select Committee on Transport, Tourism and Sport.

No, it is the Select Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation. I think there was a typo.

Can we take it that we will refer it to the relevant committee, be it the Select Committee on Transport, Tourism and Sport or the Select Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation?

That is fine.
I move:
That the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation pursuant to Standing Orders 84A(3)(a) and 149(1).
