I move:

That, in accordance with the recommendation under Standing Order 107(1)(a) of the sub-Committee on Dáil Reform, and with effect from Thursday 23rd November, 2017, Standing Order 71 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business be amended by the substitution of the following for paragraph (5):'(5) Where there is more than one division at the weekly division time on Thursday, in respect of the second and any subsequent divisions--
(a) the period for which the division bells are rung shall be not less than one minute, and

(b) the interval between the ringing of the bells and the locking of the doors shall be not less than one minute.'.
