Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation between the EU and the Republic of the Philippines: Referral to Select Committee

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of the Philippines, of the other part, signed at Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on 11 July 2012, a copy of which was laid before the Dáil on 1 June 2017, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Defence, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(3)(b), which, not later than 13 July 2017, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
