I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion re Amendment of Terms of Reference of the Special Committee on the Eight Amendment of the Constitution, which took place on Wednesday, 31 May 2017. On the question, "That the amendment to the motion be made", a division was claimed, and in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.
