I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - the concern expressed with patient safety issues at University Hospital Limerick; (2) Deputy Mary Butler - the financial situation of St. Carthage's rest home Lismore, County Waterford; (3) Deputy Declan Breathnach - respite care needs in County Louth; (4) Deputy John Brady - concern regarding the investigation into irregularities at Cavan County Council; (5) Deputy Frank O'Rourke - Garda resources in north Kildare; (6) Deputy Anne Rabbitte - compensation payments for residents along the N63; (7) Deputies Fiona O'Loughlin and Martin Heydon - special needs places at second level in the Newbridge area; (8) Deputy John McGuinness - the possible closure of the Camphill centre in Ballytobin, Callan, County Kilkenny; (9) Deputy Eamon Scanlon - redeployment of public service jobs to the north west; (10) Deputies Richard Boyd Barrett, Mick Wallace and Bríd Smith - homeless families' sleeping arrangements; (11) Deputy Clare Daly - neutrality concerns with military aircraft landing at Shannon; (12) Deputy Martin Ferris - damage to fish stocks by seals; (13) Deputy Robert Troy - the future of the An Post network; and (14) Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - the naming of the N40 in Cork.

The matters raised by Deputies Richard Boyd Barrett, Mick Wallace, Bríd Smith, Robert Troy, Eamon Scanlon and Maurice Quinlivan have been selected for discussion.
