As this is a Private Members' Bill, it must, under Standing Orders 84A(3)(a) and 141, be referred to a select committee. The relevant committee for this Bill is the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach. Does the Deputy wish to move the motion of referral now?

I move:
That the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach pursuant to Standing Orders 84A(3)(a) and 149(1).
