The first matter is in the names of Deputies Sean Fleming and Brian Stanley and relates to the HIQA report on Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Both Deputies will have two minutes, the Minister of State will have four minutes to reply and the Deputies will have one minute each afterwards.
