I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following regulations in draft: Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2015, copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9 December 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 17 December 2015, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
