I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michael Moynihan - the need to discuss the progress made in the building of a new amalgamated primary school in Kanturk, County Cork; (2) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - the need to protect farmers by addressing the increased price deferential between Irish beef and British beef in British supermarkets and the steps taken to address the matter; (3) Deputy Eamonn Maloney - the need to discuss the findings of the early childhood Ireland survey; (4) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - the need to address the unacceptable delays in processing times for Garda vetting applications; (5) Deputy Clare Daly - the need to discuss the implications of the Northern Ireland abortion ruling and the need to address human rights obligations by providing for abortion; (6) Deputy Brendan Smith - the need to address the recent agreement reached between the European Union and Turkey on the migration crisis; and (7) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the need to address the crisis in the allocation of the rural GP practice allowance.

The matters raised by Deputies Paul J. Connaughton, Éamon Ó Cuív, Mattie McGrath and Eamonn Maloney have been selected for discussion.
