I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Brian Stanley - autism services in County Laois; (2) Deputy Seamus Kirk - the regulations of higher education grant schemes as it applies to applicants in a guardianship situation; (3) Deputy Jonathan O'Brien - social welfare payments and the bias displayed to financial institutions over post offices and the subsequent risk to post office sustainability; (4) Deputy Derek Keating - the rehabilitative treatment for persons with acquired brain injuries; (5) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the measures to be taken to reduce the misuse of drugs; (6) Deputy Peadar Tóibín - the centralisation of local public procurement and its potential impact on local economies; (7) Deputy Bobby Aylward - planned action to reduce waiting lists at Waterford University Hospital; (8) Deputy Robert Troy - the need to increase inclusion and accessibility of the early child care and education and community child care subvention schemes for children with special needs; (9) Deputy Jim Daly - the need for the Central Bank of Ireland to clarify the number of distressed mortgages that were converted from tracker to variable rates as part of solutions offered to borrowers; (10) Deputy Dara Calleary - the delays in processing registration applications from private nursing homes to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation and the impact of these delays; (11) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the need to provide support and funding to St. Michael’s House for appropriate premises; (12) Deputy Mick Wallace - the report of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights relating to Ireland; (13) Deputy Clare Daly - the report of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights relating to Ireland; (14) Deputy Brendan Smith - the Report of the Independent Commission of Inquiry on the 2014 Gaza Conflict; (15) Deputy Billy Kelleher - concerns arising from the reassignment from surgical duties of the Hardwicke ward in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9; (16) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the delay in relocation of Gaelscoil Phádraig, Ballybrack, County Dublin, to a new building; (17) Deputy Thomas Pringle - the introduction of a recreational blue-fin tuna fishery here; and (18) Deputy Colm Keaveney - the report of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights regarding the increase in the number of people living in consistent poverty here.

The matters raised by Deputies Derek Keating, Jonathan O'Brien, Seamus Kirk and Richard Boyd Barrett have been selected for discussion.
