I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy David Stanton - the need to develop marine tourism in Youghal, County Cork; (2) Deputy Regina Doherty - the Stayin' Alive at 1.5 campaign which cyclists are mounting, and support planned for this initiative; (3) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the lack of availability of inpatient beds for children with mental health difficulties; (4) Deputy Pat Breen - the need to support the GAA in seeking UNESCO intangible cultural heritage status for hurling; (5) Deputy Anthony Lawlor - the appointment of valuations arbitrators and the resulting delays to the development of Naas town centre; (6) Deputy Derek Nolan - the need for funding to ensure the continuance of the Let's Get to Work project in Galway; (7) Deputy Catherine Byrne - the decision by Pobal to cease funding for two VEC sports centres in Inchicore and Crumlin; (8) Deputy Brendan Griffin - the need to upgrade the N22 Kerry to Cork road; (9) Deputy Mattie McGrath - proposals to switch the collection of social welfare and pension payments from post offices to banks; (10) Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - proposals to switch the collection of social welfare and pension payments from post offices to banks; (11) Deputy John Deasy - the extension of the Wild Atlantic Way to east Cork and Waterford; (12) Deputy Eric Byrne - the decision by Pobal to cease funding for two VEC sports centres in Inchicore and Crumlin; (13) Deputy Jack Wall - the difficulties experienced by shared ownership loan applicants in meeting final lump sum payments in the completion of the stated loan; (14) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - the effect of the new TB regulations on farmers here; (15) Deputies Eamonn Maloney and Timmy Dooley - concerns regarding possible industrial action at Dublin Bus; (16) Deputy Ruth Coppinger - the postponement of the trial of Irish teenager Ibrahim Halawa in Egypt; (17) Deputy Clare Daly - the need for Dunnes Stores management to engage with workers to avoid industrial action; (18) Deputy Joan Collins - the decision by Pobal to cease funding for two VEC sports centres in Inchicore and Crumlin; (19) Deputy Colm Keaveney - the need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to provide clarity to those organisations currently in receipt of bridging funding under the scheme to support national organisations with regard to the future of this funding stream; (20) Deputy Thomas Pringle - the fact that the north west has the greatest number of household water leaks in the country; (21) Deputy Michael Moynihan - the need for the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to make a statement on the role of An Post in providing State services such as welfare payments; (22) Deputy Charlie McConalogue - the need to allow for the publication of the interim report of the Fennelly commission of investigation; (23) Deputy Pearse Doherty - the need for an amendment to revise the terminology employed by the Health Services (Amendment) Regulations 1971 in order to facilitate the removal and rewording of the offensive term "mental handicap" from the legislation; (24) Deputy Mary Mitchell O'Connor - domestic violence and the unacceptable delays in receipt of civil legal aid; (25) Deputy Brendan Smith - the need for EirGrid to consider alternatives to overhead power lines and pylons for the north-south interconnector; and (26) Deputy Mick Wallace - GSOC's delay in dealing with a complaint regarding Deputy Clare Daly's arrest in January 2013.

The matters raised by Deputies David Stanton, Regina Doherty, Eamonn Maloney and Timmy Dooley and Ruth Coppinger have been selected for discussion.
