As this is a Private Members' Bill, it must, under Standing Orders 82A and 118, be referred to a select or special committee. The relevant committee for this Bill is the Select Sub-Committee on the Environment, Community and Local Government.

I move:
That the Bill be referred to the Select Sub-Committee on Environment, Community and Local Government pursuant to Standing Orders 82A and 118 of the Standing Orders Relative to Public Business and paragraph 6 of the select committee's Orders of Reference.
