I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the need for a fresh inquiry into the Stardust fire; (2) Deputy Alan Shatter - the retention in jail in Egypt of Irish citizen, Ibrahim Halawa; (3) Deputy James Bannon - the need to recruit additional nursing staff in the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar; (4) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - the need to publish full details of those receiving single farm payments; (5) Deputy Seán Conlan - the importance of retaining the Department of Social Protection offices in Ballybay; (6) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the preparedness of the Air Corps to deal with incursions into airspace here by unauthorised craft; (7) Deputy Joe Costello - the need to lift the prohibition on the sale of alcohol in licensed premises on Good Friday; (8) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - the escalating situation in HMP Maghaberry and the impact on Portlaoise Prison; (9) Deputy Clare Daly - the escalating situation in HMP Maghaberry and the impact on Portlaoise Prison; (10) Deputy Gerry Adams - the need to get the British Government to honour its Weston Park commitment regarding Mr. Pat Finucane; (11) Deputy Sean Fleming - the powers that the National Transport Authority has to accept, reject and amend applications by bus companies to curtail services on bus routes throughout the country; (12) Deputy Joe Higgins - the arrests of anti-water charges protestors in the Tallaght area; (13) Deputy Ruth Coppinger - the arrests of anti-water charges protestors in the Tallaght area; (14) Deputy Paul Murphy - the arrests of anti-water charges protestors in the Tallaght area; (15) Deputy Helen McEntee - to ask the Minister if he would consider funding a nationwide scheme for children with special needs to the early childhood care and education scheme, ECCE, as Meath currently has such a scheme in place which is funded through the HSE and I am asking the Minister to look at this current programme for a nationwide roll-out; and (16) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the lack of availability of inpatient beds for children with mental health difficulties.

The matters raised by Deputies Gerry Adams, Alan Shatter, Sean Fleming and Terence Flanagan have been selected for discussion.
