I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the Domestic Violence (Amendment) Bill 2014. On Friday, 21 November 2014 on the question that the Bill be now read a Second Time, a division was claimed and in accordance with the Order of the Dáil of that day that division must be taken now.

Question put: "That the Bill be now read a Second Time."

The Dáil divided: Tá, 48; Níl, 67.
