Garda Síochána (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill 2014: Order for Second Stage
Bill entitled an Act to amend the powers and functions of the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission in relation to complaints, investigations and other procedures; for that purpose, to amend the Garda Síochána Act 2005, the Interception of Postal Packets and Telecommunications Messages (Regulation) Act 1993 and the Criminal Justice (Surveillance) Act 2009; to provide for an amendment of the Garda Síochána Act 2005 relating to the functions of the Garda Síochána Inspectorate; and to provide for related matters.
