Standing Orders 125 and 129: Motion

I move:

That, pursuant to Standing Order 99(1)(a), the Committee on Procedure and Privileges recommends that the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business are hereby amended‒

(a) in Standing Order 125, by the deletion of paragraph (2); and

(b) in Standing Order 129, by the substitution of the following for paragraph (2):‘(2) When the amendments (if any) offered to a section have been disposed of, the question shall be proposed, “That such section (or such section as amended) stand part of the Bill”, or, as appropriate, “That such section be deleted from the Bill”.’.”
