I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy John Lyons - the need to review the current rent supplement ban in the Ballymun area; (2) Deputy Dessie Ellis - the need for legislative protection of residential tenants' homes when properties go into receivership; (3) Deputy Billy Kelleher - the progress made in providing access to omalizumab, Xolair, for severe asthma to patients in Cork University Hospital; (4) Deputy Joan Collins - the need to find a new host agency for the 42 job initiative workers and two supervisors currently employed by the D12 Congress Centre; (5) Deputy Mick Wallace - the need to include architectural technologists on the construction professionals building regulations list; and (6) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the refusal of RTE to accept advertising from rival broadcasters.

The matters raised by Deputies John Lyons, Joan Collins, Timmy Dooley and Deputy Mick Wallace have been selected for discussion.
