I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Andrew Doyle - the ongoing water problem at Vartry Reservoir in Wicklow and its impact on the local water supply to residents; (2) Deputy John Lyons - the need to review the current rent supplement ban in the Ballymun area; (3) Deputy Clare Daly - the insurance cover at the Coombe Hospital for the period during which symphysiotomies were undergone; (4) Deputy Billy Kelleher - the proposed third tier medical card; (5) Deputy Michael McGrath - the need for funding to be provided to Cork Life Centre to ensure that it can continue to provide a vital education service for early school leavers; (6) Deputy Mick Wallace - the financial transaction tax under the enhanced co-operation mechanism; and (7) Deputy Brendan Smith - the continued imprisonment of an Irish citizen in Egypt.

The matters raised by Deputies Andrew Doyle, John Lyons, Billy Kelleher and Clare Daly have been selected for discussion.
