I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the need for more beds for Cystic Fibrosis patients at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin; (2) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the need to establish a commission of investigation into the case of Cynthia Owen and the death of her child Noleen Murphy; (3) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the need for the Government to discuss the railway network of Ireland; (4) Deputy Catherine Murphy - the extra charging of families by some nursing homes for the provision of basic equipment and medical supplies; (5) Deputy Jim Daly - the need to restructure and target road tax revenue at repairing the current road network; (6) Deputy Colm Keaveney - to ask the Minister for Health how he intends to address the issues identified in the Sunday Business Post of 6 April in regard to delays in admitting suicidal patients and patients experiencing severe psychotic episodes and reports that mental health services in north Dublin are in crisis mode; (7) Deputy Finian McGrath - the funding crisis at the Darndale-Belcamp integrated child care service, Dublin 17 and the urgent need to save 100 jobs; (8) Deputy Brendan Griffin - the need for vital health services at St. Francis Special School, Beaufort, County Kerry; (9) Deputy Helen McEntee - the proposed closure of a day centre in County Meath; (10) Deputy Peter Fitzpatrick - the closure of the Women's Aid refuge in Dundalk, County Louth; (11) Deputy Sean Fleming - the need to ensure that financial supports are in place to ensure that people on community employment schemes in County Laois can undertake training to improve their qualifications for working in child care; (12) Deputy Clare Daly - to discuss the terms of reference of the commission of investigation into An Garda Síochána into Garda recordings and related issues; (13) Deputy John Browne - the cut in Meitheal funding this year; (14) Deputy Derek Nolan - the need to address concerns about the rights to gather and sell seaweed; (15) Deputy Noel Harrington - implications of the recent announced mackerel quotas for those operating in polyvalent and pelagic sectors of the fishing industry; (16) Deputy Ann Phelan - to ask the Minister for Social Protection if she would be willing to re-examine the area of voluntary contributions for the self-employed with a view to implementing a compulsory system; (17) Deputy Dan Neville - the suicide rates for young persons here; (18) Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - the need to take urgent action to ensure the ground breaking early childhood intervention programme, Bringing it all back Home programme in the Inchicore area, to continue, which is being used as a model of good practice by the Department despite its continued existence being under threat due to its funding running out in June; (19) Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan - to discuss outstanding issues between Croke Park and residents, including the 2014 summer concerts; (20) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss the shortage of beds for acute admissions in mental health services in the north west of Dublin which has led to very distressed people who are a danger to themselves or others being turned away; (21) Deputy Mick Wallace - to discuss the terms of reference for the commission of investigation to be conducted by Mr. Justice Fennelly; and (22) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the funding of local development companies.

The matters raised by Deputies Terence Flanagan, John Browne, Noel Harrington and Derek Nolan have been selected for discussion.
