I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Paul J. Connaughton - cross compliance and its effect on farmers' single farm payments; (2) Deputy Peadar Tóibín - the need to legislate for the placing of all 400 Kv cables underground; (3) Deputy John Paul Phelan - the need for full engagement by EirGrid on all options under consideration with the communities who have concerns about the proposed Grid Link project routes; (4) Deputy Sean Fleming - financial bonds issued by Irish Bank Resolution Corporation in respect of housing estates that are unfinished; (5) Deputy Áine Collins - the need to provide personal assistants to children with serious disabilities for the preschool year; (6) Deputy Seán Kyne - the need to ensure adequate fire service provision for the south Connemara area; (7) Deputy Simon Harris - the impact of reduced staffing levels in Enterprise Ireland; (8) Deputy Tom Barry - the filing and payment dates for income tax for the self-employed; (9) Deputy Pearse Doherty - the situation at Newbridge Credit Union; (10) Deputy Brian Stanley - the implications of the EU Commission's letter for the future of the proposed Poolbeg incinerator; (11) Deputy Ciara Conway - the exclusion criteria which would exempt contraception from the prescription charge; (12) Deputy Pat Deering - the need for meaningful engagement by EirGrid with the communities who have real concerns about the proposed Grid Link routes; (13) Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - the impact of the proposed amalgamation of four Ballyfermot national schools; (14) Deputy Martin Heydon - the need for meaningful engagement by EirGrid with the communities who have real concerns about the proposed Grid Link routes; (15) Deputy Michael McNamara - the Lough Derg water extraction plan; (16) Deputy Billy Kelleher - the Health Service Executive's failure to publish its 2013 capital plan; (17) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the need to protect the livestock export trade; (18) Deputy Robert Troy - the need to protect the livestock export trade; (19) Deputy Denis Naughten - the position regarding farmers and marts that are owed money from TLT Limited, Mullingar, County Westmeath; (20) Deputy Clare Daly - to discuss potential for Ireland to lead international campaign against use of armed drones; (21) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the decision to transfer the loans and savings of Newbridge Credit Union to Permanent TSB; (22) Deputy Ray Butler - securing social protection provision for the self-employed; (23) Deputy Eamonn Maloney - the need to implement the youth guarantee scheme; (24) Deputy Mick Wallace - the destabilising effect of the use of armed drones; (25) Deputy Patrick Nulty - the decision to allow Permanent TSB take control of Newbridge Credit Union; (26) Deputy Dessie Ellis - the ongoing problems with flooding at the Glen Ding estate in Blessington, County Wicklow and (27) Deputy Paudie Coffey - the need for meaningful engagement by EirGrid with communities about the proposed Gridlink routes.

The matters raised by Deputies Paul Connaughton, Sean Fleming, Ciara Conway and Aengus Ó Snodaigh have been selected for discussion.
