I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly - DART services running with fewer than the usual number of carriages; (2) Deputy Jim Daly - the options available to persons contractually obliged to retire after January 2014 who are not eligible for a pension payment for a further 12 months; (3) Deputy Billy Timmins - the reason for the disruption to the Dart service on Monday, 14 October 2013; (4) Deputy Andrew Doyle - the need to review Irish Rail's carriage policy on DART services in the greater Dublin area; 5) Deputy Terence Flanagan - the impact on commuters as a result of Irish Rail's new carriage numbers on DART services; (6) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the need to engage in an urgent discussion about the proposed Eirgrid grid link project; (7) Deputies John O'Mahony and Anthony Lawlor - the proposed large increase in rates levied on sports stadia around the country; (8) Deputies Gerry Adams and Dessie Ellis - the reports of a conflict of interest relating to the purchase of two homes belonging to two senior executive officers by Louth County Council for use as social housing; (9) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - the need for emergency funding to be provided to the St. Nicholas of Myra Centre; (10) Deputy Clare Daly - the pyrite remediation scheme; (11) Deputy Joan Collins - the continued escalating industrial relations dispute between the Arcadia group, owner of Wallis retail outlets; (12) Deputy Mick Wallace - the levying of industries for pyrite repair costs; (13) Deputy Barry Cowen - the new pyrite resolution scheme; (14) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the industrial action by retail workers at Wallis in Dublin and Limerick; and (15) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the reason the report of the working group on malaria chemoprophylaxis is not being published.

The matters raised by Deputies John O'Mahony and Anthony Lawlor, Deputies Seán Ó Fearghaíl, and Deputies Gerry Adams and Dessie Ellis, have been selected for discussion.
