Cork Prison Development: Referral to Joint Committee

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the development of a prison in the townland of Rathmore and city of Cork, in respect of which copies of documents, as specified in section 26(2) of the Prisons Act 2007 (No. 10 of 2007) were laid before Dáil Éireann on 7th June 2013, be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 25th June 2013, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
