I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Robert Dowds - the need for the Government to support the plight of Palestinian Arabs who hold Israeli citizenship; (2) Deputy Heather Humphreys - the need to take action to address the increase in livestock theft in the north Monaghan area; (3) Deputy Paschal Donohoe - the status of negotiations between the OPW and the Irish Insurance Federation regarding possible insurance cover for homes in flood risk areas; (4) Deputy Jim Daly - the need to introduce new schemes in respect of employment assistance; (5) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the need for the Government to support the plight of Palestinian Arabs who hold Israeli citizenship; (6) Deputy Shane Ross - the Government's policy of increasing the pupil-teacher ratio, PTR, in fee-paying schools; (7) Deputy Noel Harrington - the changes in criteria for special needs assistants to children with disabilities in mainstream classes; (8) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - the need to address the ongoing fodder crisis adequately; (9) Deputy Eamonn Maloney - the need for new thinking in the collection of fines; (10) Deputy Helen McEntee - the need for the pyrite levy Bill to be passed before the summer recess; (11) Deputy Derek Keating - the importance of maintaining confidence in the compulsory car test, NCT, following recent reports stating that different criteria are operated in different centres; (12) Deputy Michael McGrath - the ongoing investigation by the Central Bank of Ireland into the mis-selling of payment protection insurance policies; (13) Deputy Brian Stanley - concern over the awarding of the customer support contract by Irish Water to Abtran; (14) Deputy Seán Kyne - the allocation of moneys to Comhar na nOileán Teoranta in the recent Leader funding announcement; (15) Deputy Jonathan O'Brien - the implications of the break-up of Mayfield Community Enterprises Limited, Cork city; (16) Deputy Peter Mathews - Government policy on fee-charging schools and the potential undermining of what has been a successful public-private partnership in the funding of secondary schools for many years; and (17) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the need for the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs to bring in a stronger system of regulation in the childminding sector.

The matters raised by Deputies Peter Mathews, Michael McGrath, Jonathan O'Brien and Paschal Donohoe have been selected for discussion.
