I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves under Article 29.5.2⁰ of the Constitution the terms of the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Government of the State of Israel, of the other part; and the provisional application of the Agreement from the date of signature, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 27 November 2012.
