I understand it is proposed to discharge the order made last Wednesday referring the Statute of Limitations (Amendment) Bill 2013 to the Select Committee on Health and Children and to refer it instead to the Select Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality. I call on Deputy Ó Caoláin to move the motion of referral.
