I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Dan Neville - the Adare bypass, County Limerick; (2) Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - the proposed closure of Gaelcholáiste Chineál Eoghain, Buncrana, County Donegal; (3) Deputy Michael McNamara - the proposal to issue a commemorative coin to mark the millennium of the death of Brian Boru; (4) Deputy Pat Deering - the implications of proposed cuts to Carlow regional youth work services; (5) Deputy Róisín Shortall - the need for improved guidance and information for home owners to assist them in valuing their properties for the purposes of the local property tax; (6) Deputy Brendan Griffin - the need for more beds to be opened at West Kerry Community Hospital; (7) Deputy Jonathan O'Brien - the implications of the decision to penalise parents of children with autism who have not used the home tuition grant for services delivered entirely through a 1:1 ratio; (8) Deputy Willie O'Dea - the widely reported comments in recent of days by a prominent member of the Judiciary on judicial independence in the country; (9) Deputy Timmy Dooley - the increased level of detention in the United States of undocumented Irish citizens; (10) Deputies John O'Mahony and Patrick O'Donovan - the need to speed up the processing of applications for Garda clearance by the Garda vetting unit; (11) Deputy Patrick Nulty - the future of the Croke Park II agreement; (12) Deputies Ciara Conway and Ann Phelan - the need to revise the format of questions contained in the review of the mobility allowance and the motorised transport grant; (13) Deputy Anne Ferris - the refusal of insurance companies to provide house insurance for residents living along the River Dargle in Bray, County Wicklow; (14) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the introduction of parking charges at Howth Harbour, Dublin; (15) Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - the need for a parallel youth forum to be incorporated into the existing joint policing committee, JPC, structure; (16) Deputy Jim Daly - the need to provide financial assistance to businesses at risk of survival as a consequent of flooding; (17) Deputy Sean Fleming - the actions the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform intends to take following the conclusion of the deliberations by public sector trade unions on the revised Croke Park agreement; (18) Deputy Clare Daly - the reason parents with children attending PALS preschool, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, are being requested to refund funds already spent on tuition, which was not delivered through a 1:1 ratio; (19) Deputy Derek Keating - the need to ensure that adequate resources are provided in the Dublin Mid-West constituency to combat serious crime; (20) Deputy Michael Healy-Rae - the effect of the proposal by the Minister for Health to have the calories contained in food included on menus in restaurants; (21) Deputy Robert Troy - the need to provide a clear framework for the development of the wind energy sector here; (22) Deputy Billy Kelleher - the delays in breast cancer surgery at Cork University Hospital; (23) Deputy Barry Cowen - the delay in the construction of new accommodation for Scoil Bhríde, Edenderry, and Gaelscoil Eadon Doire, County Offaly; (24) Deputy Mattie McGrath - the imposition by the HSE of a charge of €170 per week in respect of respite care; (25) Deputy Mick Wallace - the decision to vote against a European Commission proposal to ban neonicotinoids, the pesticide blamed for the decline of the bee population; and (26) Deputy Marcella Corcoran Kennedy - the closure of the dental clinic in Ferbane, County Offaly.

The matters raised by Deputies John O'Mahony and Patrick O'Donovan, Robert Troy, Ciara Conway and Ann Phelan and Mick Wallace have been selected for discussion.
