I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2009 to provide for the creation and publication of a register by each housing authority of dwellings which are the subject of rental accommodation agreements and to provide for the creation and publication by the Minister of an alphabetical list of rental accommodation providers together with the total sum paid to those providers by the various housing authorities over the previous 12 months.

Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
