I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to define Public Service Broadcasting, to provide for the replacement of television licences, to provide for revised arrangements for the funding of broadcasting services in Ireland, to place broadcasters on a more even footing, to provide a process of independent adjudication of complaints, and to provide a right of access to unedited interview recordings and to provide for related matters.

Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
